Nick and Alison met in a restaurant. So, how fitting then, that they open a restaurant together.
Chef Nick St. Clair graduated with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California and has 14 years experience in the restaurant business. He polished his cuisine with some of America's premier chefs over the past 5 years, seeing the South as a blank canvas for his style and food.
Alison earned a master's degree in special education from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. While working full-time with special needs children and finishing up college, she also ran the front operations for Nick. After graduation, Alison and Nick relocated to Atlanta to be closer to family. Gifted with a true sense of hospitality and a big heart, Alison is happy to call Georgia her home.
